Available Positions

Nutritional Advisor/ Product Demonstrator – Central London

We are looking for a full-time Nutritional Advisor and Product Demonstrator to support our key accounts in the Central London area.

The role will involve the following:

  • Visiting retail stores and providing product advice to customers
  • Demoing product
  • Delivering staff training sessions
  • Expanding our range within stores
  • Providing support at trade show and events

The role is field based, full-time, five days per week with an average of two Saturdays per month.

You will need to be passionate about nutrition, have in-depth product knowledge and a strong interest in the natural products industry. Candidates will need to have a diploma/relevant nutrition qualification.

You should have an energetic and outgoing personality with previous sales experience. We offer competitive remuneration and this is a great opportunity to expand your industry and product knowledge.

Office Administrator - London

A position for an administrator role currently exists in our London office which is based in Bermondsey.

Administrative tasks include:

  • Responding to incoming email and telephone enquiries
  • Processing retailer orders in SAP
  • Keeping accurate records of orders and liaising with our corporate office in the US
  • Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and SAP
  • Assisting the office manager to ensure smooth running of the office
  • Working with the sales manager to administer orders to Amazon FBA
  • Uploading and administering content

The following skills are required

  • Excellent IT skills, experience of using word and excel. SAP experience beneficial
  • Troubleshooting basic IT problems e.g., printer issues, wifi problems etc.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills – 60-70% of this role is order processing
  • Must be efficient and organised
  • Good communication skills, dealing with UK sales team, corporate office in US and UK/ROI customers
  • Some knowledge of the natural products industry is beneficial but not essential.

This role is office based in Bermondsey, Full-time 5 days per week.
